Job Description

Salary:
$65,000/year-$70,000/year + Commission We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our new staffing operation in Temecula, CA. This position will focus primarily on branch operations, recruiting, employee management, client service, and workforce fulfillment , while also supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations and ensure client staffing needs are filled on time. Lead, train, and support Recruiters and branch staff. Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, placement, and employee retention. Manage employee attendance, performance, call-outs, replacements, and workplace concerns. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding staffing needs and service issues. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Monitor open orders, fill rates, recruiting activity, and branch performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment regulations. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, workers' compensation, and employee relations matters. Support existing account growth and local business development opportunities. Visit client locations as needed to maintain strong relationships and service. Qualifications 3-5 years of staffing industry experience preferred. Previous staffing branch management, account management, or recruiting leadership experience strongly preferred. Experience with high-volume industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing is a plus. Strong recruiting, operations, leadership, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. #

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
