Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce engagement, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization by implementing innovative HR strategies and ensuring a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. Duties Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems. Develop and execute comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous development. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and labor law requirements. Implement change management strategies to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or cultural shifts effectively. Facilitate training & development programs that enhance skills, promote leadership growth, and foster a high-performance environment. Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while managing conflict resolution and fostering positive communication across teams. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance.. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with leadership, employees, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Knowledge of recruiting tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA or employment law in talent management.
Pay:
$65,364.40 - $78,718.41 per year
