Job Description
This is not a traditional office-based HR role. The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on HR leader who enjoys building relationships on the production floor, coaching leaders, navigating complex employee relations matters, and driving meaningful improvements across an hourly workforce.
What You'll Be DoingServe as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and frontline supervisorsLead strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives for a manufacturing facility of approximately 500 employeesDevelop and execute strategies around employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent developmentCoach leaders through performance management, employee relations, investigations, and organizational challengesLead and resolve complex employee relations mattersAnalyze workforce and compensation data to identify trends and recommend solutionsLead change management initiatives and drive adoption across the facilityPartner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboardingBuild strong relationships with both salaried and hourly employees through a visible, approachable leadership stylePartner with broader HR leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs
