Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description
- Human Resources Director
- to lead and execute the organization's human resources strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to local leadership teams.
- The Human Resources Director supports the General Manager in cultivating a culture of optimism, respect, professionalism, service excellence, and collaboration.

Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:
- + Heavy labor and union interface with the adherence and execution of four Collective Bargaining agreements at three locations with 800+ employees + Five direct reports include 3 HR Managers and 2 Payroll Managers at these locations + Leads employee engagement initiatives + Oversight of the employee lifecycle to include application, selection, new employee set-up and orientation, payroll, leave of absence, discipline, resignation, and termination + Handles compensation matters including job evaluations, job description creation and review, and ensures competitive internal/external position by collecting and analyzing pay data + Assists in recommendations related to performance management, behavioral issues, corrective actions, policy interpretations, terminations to minimize legal exposure; ensures employment actions are documented appropriately documented and consistent with policies and laws + Assists the Regional Human Resource Director with legal responses to minimize unfavorable determinations and related expenses when applicable + Coaches and mentors; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
- Education, Licensing, and Certifications

Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related business field required.
- Experience
- : Seven to ten years of relevant human resources experience, including three to five years of human resource generalist experience, required
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- + Comprehensive knowledge of human resource rules and regulations at the federal and state level + Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Knowledge of ADP system and payroll rules and regulations + Strong written and oral communication skills + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to work well with labor.
