Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve as a Junior Human Resources Business Partner. The schedule for this position is 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Position Summary/Responsibilities The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) provides foundational HR support and partnership to assigned business units while gaining direct experience in strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role will contribute to the organization's success by supporting people strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving operational excellence. The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) works closely with HRBP's and business leaders to support HR processes, including talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational development. Hiring Range The anticipated base salary for this position is $47,694 to $53,000. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist or HR coordinator role.
Licensure/Certifications:
Human Resources certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, etc. preferred.
Background Check:
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.
Safe Driving Record:
This position requires transporting clients or driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, which is defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years. Special Work Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, stoop and bend. The employee regularly uses hands for grasping and manipulating objects. The employee frequently lifts, carries and or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Specific hearing required by this job includes normal tones. Travel of up to 5% required. Almost all travel is local.
