Job Description
Duties:
Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning initiatives to ensure long-term talent readiness Manage employee orientation programs, performance management processes, and employee evaluation procedures to promote continuous development Oversee benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims to ensure accurate and compliant personnel administration Implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation and foster a positive employee experience Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, affirmative action planning, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal compliance Facilitate training & development programs that enhance skills across teams while promoting a culture of learning and growth Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while managing conflict resolution and communication skills effectively Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while utilizing HRIS systems (such as Dayforce or Taleo) for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting purposes Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced corporate environment with a strong understanding of HR department functions Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, project management, and organizational design Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance management Hands-on experience with HR tools in UKG Skilled in performance management strategies including employee evaluation processes and training & development programs Familiarity with payroll processing systems along with data entry accuracy for HR data collection Strong communication skills paired with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations Ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for reporting and analysis purposes Join us to lead transformative HR initiatives that empower our people while driving organizational excellence.
