Job Description
Simmonds Precision Products is seeking an HR Business Partner - People & Culture to help build an engaging, high-performing workplace. This role partners with leaders and employees across the organization to strengthen talent development, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead learning and development initiatives, including LMS administration and training compliance. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility. Partner with the Culture Squad to support employee events, engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. Own and continuously improve the new-hire onboarding experience. Coach managers on performance management, employee development, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Conduct voluntary exit interviews and analyze employee feedback and HR metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and administer employee recognition programs that reinforce performance, teamwork, innovation, and company values. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or similar responsibilities. Experience with learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and manager coaching. Strong communication, coaching, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Bachelor's degree and HR certification preferred. Manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or industrial experience preferred.
