What You'll Do People Partnership:

Partner closely with local or regional leaders to provide guidance on talent strategy, team health, and employee experience.

Coaching & Development:

Support leaders and team members with feedback, development planning, and navigating key talent moments.

Org & Team Effectiveness:

Facilitate team conversations and support org design, talent planning, and workforce transitions.

Talent Programs:

Partner with COEs to activate and embed talent programs (e.g., performance enablement, promotions, onboarding).

Culture & Belonging:

Champion Slalom's values and support initiatives that build inclusive, connected, and high-trust cultures.

Change Support:

Help leaders and teams navigate change through clear communication, alignment, and support tools.

Insights & Action:

Use feedback and data to identify themes, influence decisions, and help drive continuous improvement. What You Bring 6+ years of experience in HR, people consulting, or talent-related roles. Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels. Comfortable facilitating conversations, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity. Curious, proactive, and adaptable - with a bias toward action. Collaborative style and the ability to work across teams and functions. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is $141,000 - $161,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
