Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Partner Engagement Coordinator connects with ministry partners, potential businesses, and organizations to increase engagement and raise funds to support UGM's annual fundraising goals. Through transferring the cause of the ministry, they invite the community into volunteer opportunities, events, and tours to experience the ministry and understand the impact of their partnership.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Result Area #1: Development Department Collaborate and work well as a member of the Development Department, engaging the overall work of Development. Coordinate with the Development Department team members to provide meaningful partner engagement. Collaborate with the Development Department Team members, participating in assigned community events. Key Result Area #2: Ministry Advancement Follow-up and engage with all potential investor leads- individual, business, and other organizations thru visits, tours, and general stewardship as assigned. Engage with existing ministry partners
- look for deeper engagement opportunities to grow and steward the relationship. Engage in effective visit predisposition and strategy efforts with Director of Ministry Advancement to increase effectiveness with portfolio and prospects. Conduct visits with ministry prospects to engage and increase funding resources

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Committed Christian, able, and willing to model servant-leadership and interested in being part of a ministry for the poor, homeless, drug addicted and mentally ill. Grounded in the Christian faith as a mature, active member of the body of Christ. In accordance with Union Gospel Mission Statement of Purpose, Statement of Vision and Statement of Faith. Strong interpersonal skills- exercise compassion and discernment while modeling the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Computer (Word, Excel, Database, Outlook, Internet) Virtuous- our CRM Copier/printer, Phone, Fax Projector and audio-visual equipment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university- preferred.
