Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full-Time Staffing Manager with a strong background as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to lead our staffing and scheduling role. •Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for healthcare staffing, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates such as HCAs and CNAs. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing, talent management software, ATS platforms like iCIMS or UltiPro, and HR systems to attract high-quality candidates. Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining compliance with HR legal standards and employment law in talent management. Negotiate contracts and employment terms with candidates, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while adhering to company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, employee evaluations, and onboarding processes Provide ongoing training & development opportunities for team members involved in talent acquisition efforts and support employee orientation programs. 1. Lead & Manage Caregiving Team a. Recruit, hire, onboard, orientation i. Participate in quarterly job fairs ii. Visits to local CNA/HCA schools iii. Weekly job posts on Craigslist, manage indeed account 2. Manage staff schedule and ensure appropriate shift coverage at all times a. Coordinate with RN for any delegation needs in advance. 3. Complete staff evaluations in a timely manner, oversee performance improvement plans, exit surveys, terminations, etc. 4. Coordinate quarterly staff satisfaction surveys and implement changes as necessary. 5. Implement attendance system, approve time cards, manage sick/vacation requests. 6. Assist with Oversight of credentials & CE credits in each home while maintaining master calendar. 7. Assist with Celebrating staff (birthdays, excellence, bonuses, etc.) and Anniversaries 8. Coordinate quarterly staffing meetings with River Rock Team. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within healthcare or human resources environments, emphasizing high-volume and technical recruiting skills. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law related to talent management, and social media marketing for recruitment purposes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels. Ability to research market trends and generate leads through cold calling, research initiatives, and lead generation strategies. Prior experience working with HR systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Education & Certifications 1. High School Graduate 2.
Minimum:
Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aid 3.
Preferred:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse 4. Have all classes according to State requirements 5. Speak and write fluent English Credentials & Training 1. Current CNA, HCA, LPN, or RN license (prior to hire) 2. Current CPR card (prior to hire) 3. Current First Aid card (prior to hire) 4. Background Check (upon hire) 5. 2 Step Tb (step 1 within 3 days of hire) 6. Fingerprint Check (within 7 days of hire) 7. Current Food Handlers card (by start date) 8. Nurse Delegation Certificate (by start date) 9. Diabetic Delegation Certificate (by start date) 10. Dementia Certificate (within 90 days of start date) 11. Mental Health Certificate (within 90 days of start date) 12. Pay:
From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
