That's why we say we offer far more than furniture. We're Furnishing Knowledge. KI is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team! This position will be on-site at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Responsible for supporting & enhancing assigned business units with Human Resource solutions including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation management and more. Responsibilities Generate and lead continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, enthusiastic approach. Influence others to adopt change. Identify and plan internal talent development strategies. Determine appropriate recruitment and advertising strategies to source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to managers on most qualified candidates. Identify and facilitate individual coaching needs by developing effective working relationships across the organization. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, guidelines and programs and provide guidance & interpretation. Oversee the performance review processes, offering consultations as needed. Conduct investigations and facilitate progressive discipline & terminations. What you Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role. 3+ years experience in employee relations/conflict resolution, recruiting, compensation and/or performance management Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
