Job Description

As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping drive talent strategies, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational success across multiple locations. What You'll Do Demonstrates and promotes Crane's core values (Act with Integrity and Respect, Foster Teamwork, Focus on the Customer, Strive for Excellence and Innovation, Project Passion and Energy and Have Fun). Partners with team members and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation compliance. Leads full cycle recruitment efforts
- including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
