About This Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join TFL at an important point in our evolution. As we continue building the people practices and capabilities needed to support our Strategy 2030 vision, we're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who can serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while staying close to the work and helping turn people priorities into practical solutions. This role combines strategic partnership with disciplined execution. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization on employee relations, performance, talent, workforce needs and organizational change, while helping strengthen consistent and effective people practices across TFL. Success in this role requires strong judgment, credibility, curiosity and the ability to navigate ambiguity while moving work forward. Key Responsibilities Build trusted partnerships with leaders and develop a strong understanding of their business, workforce, priorities and challenges. Coach and advise leaders on organizational, talent and people matters, strengthening leadership effectiveness and accountability. Serve as a primary resource for employee relations, performance management and workplace concerns, providing practical, balanced guidance. Partner with leaders and HR colleagues on talent, workforce and succession needs and translate business priorities into effective people actions. Support organizational change and evolving ways of working, helping leaders and teams navigate transitions effectively. Use associate feedback, workforce data and organizational insights to identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and the associate experience. Partner across the People function to ensure HR practices and processes are applied consistently and effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Approximately 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner, senior generalist or comparable role. Strong experience in associate/employee relations, performance management, leader coaching and workforce/talent practices. Demonstrated ability to independently navigate complex or sensitive people matters using sound judgment. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into practical people solutions. Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation and influencing skills. Strong analytical capability and comfort using HR technology, workforce data and digital tools; HRIS experience strongly preferred. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, collaborative environment. SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred.
