WHAT YOU WILL
DOIn this role, you'll be a key HR partner to both managers and employees, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and onboarding. You'll also play an important role in employee relations, learning & development, and day-to-day HR operations. Here is what you can expect to be working on:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of hourly roles, as well as salaried positions as neededCreate a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience for new hiresConduct stay and exit interviews to help us continuously improve retentionPartner with managers on employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgmentSupport training and development initiatives that help our people growContribute to HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, policy development, and process improvementParticipate in employee committees and help shape our workplace culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
FORBachelors degree in human resources or related field23 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRISSolid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.)Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsSomeone who leads with integrity and keeps confidentiality at the forefrontA continuous learner who approaches challenges with curiosity and openness you know that the best solutions often come from collaboration and a willingness to evolve
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
SHRM-CP or PHR certificationExperience with ADP Workforce Now
