We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist and Operations Manager for our firm, located in our Wauwatosa office. The ideal candidate will have experience in both human resources management and general business operations. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, collaborates effectively, manages multiple priorities, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time, in‑office role based in Wauwatosa, Monday through Friday, with one hybrid day per week. What You'll Do Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations matters, including coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and documentation In coordination with our HR Partner (PEO), manage all leave‑of‑absence requests (FMLA, disability, paid parental leave, etc.) Maintain and update the policy manual for our five‑state firm footprint Provide support and guidance for the firm's performance management system Review and update job descriptions as needed Source, interview, and hire candidates for staff roles and our tiered services program Onboard new staff members Develop and maintain building evacuation plans for all 12 offices across the firm Provide local operations management support as needed Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience 2+ years of Operations experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with HR and time‑management systems preferred No immigration sponsorship is available for this role Benefits Competitive salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually Paid holidays and PTO Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Life and disability insurance Equal Employment Opportunity WPFG is an equal opportunity employer.
