  • 100,000 We are seeking strong HR leaders who can independently manage HR operations while partnering closely with executive leadership.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading teams, developing HR processes, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational growth in a healthcare or highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR support to leadership. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs . Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning . Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and staffing strategies. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations. Manage benefits, compensation, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Develop HR metrics/KPIs and provide regular reports to executive leadership. Coach and mentor managers and employees to build a strong performance culture. Lead change management initiatives during organizational growth and process improvements. Leadership Requirements Strong leadership experience is critical.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manager/director-level role . Experience leading HR teams or managing multiple departments/functions . Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with owners and senior leadership. Proven ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of HR operations. Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing organization. Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to influence managers and hold leadership teams accountable. Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
Pay:
$80,000.00
