We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & General Affairs Specialist to oversee human resources operations, general administration, vendor and asset management, and executive support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations, manage employee benefits and payroll coordination, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Onboarding Manage job postings, resume screening, candidate interview scheduling, and offer letter issuance. Coordinate new hire onboarding, background/drug testing, HMMA badge access issuance, and initial orientation. Monitor daily attendance, process PTO/leave requests, and maintain leave tracking logs. Payroll & Employee Benefits Collect and verify bi-weekly and monthly timesheets. Calculate gross pay, deductions, tax withholdings, and issue paystubs. Administer employee benefits (health insurance, 401k), coordinate annual renewals, and support pre-renewal audits. General Affairs & Financial Administration Monitor and process renewals for business licenses and government permits in a timely manner. Review corporate card receipts, verify bank transactions, and prepare ACH payment files for employee reimbursements. Prepare documentation and assist with annual tax audits in coordination with external CPAs and auditing agencies. Prepare weekly expense resolutions, route approvals, and manage office and uniform supplies procurement. Asset, Fleet & Protocol Management Manage corporate vehicle lease contracts (Hyundai Motor), maintenance schedules, registration, and auto insurance renewals. Administer corporate mobile device inventories, user logs, and monthly telecom billing. Provide executive protocol and business trip support, including travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, golf tee-time bookings, and expense reporting. Review official notices from government agencies, prepare required response documents, and ensure timely submissions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, or Office Administration. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefit administration, and expense tracking. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail in record-keeping. Ability to handle confidential employee data and coordinate with external vendors and agencies. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
