Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. This in-office role will support a range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, policy administration, and HR records management. Key Responsibilities:

+ Support day-to-day human resources operations and assist with employee relations matters. Based on general knowledge.

+ Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire documentation. Based on general knowledge.

+ Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR policy communication. Based on general knowledge.

+ Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and compliance documentation. Based on general knowledge.

+ Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Based on general knowledge.

+ Help administer performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Based on general knowledge.

+ Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs. Based on general knowledge.

+ Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and other HR initiatives. Based on general knowledge. Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Based on general knowledge. + 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role. Based on general knowledge.

+ Knowledge of HR practices related to employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. Based on general knowledge.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills. Based on general knowledge.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms preferred. Based on general knowledge.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Based on general knowledge.

+ Ability to work effectively in an in-office, team-oriented environment. Based on general knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. Based on general knowledge.

+ Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.

+ Familiarity with recruitment coordination, performance management, and benefits administration. Based on general knowledge.
