Human Resources Generalist II (Experienced Level)

Status:
Salary/Full-Time Role Summary This role is an experienced HR professional responsible for independently managing core HR processes and advising leaders on people-related matters. The HR Generalist II partners with operational leadership to support employee relations, performance management, and consistent team member experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job postings, candidate communication, and hiring coordination Lead onboarding programs and continuously improve the new hire experience Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records Serve as a primary resource for team members by interpreting policies, benefits, and procedures Advise and support leaders on employee relations matters, including coaching, documentation, and issue resolution Support and guide performance management processes, including tracking reviews and advising on feedback practices Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws Partner with leaders to support staffing plans, workforce needs, and team development Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes and resolve discrepancies Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information Scope and Impact Independently manages day-to-day HR processes Provides guidance to leaders on people decisions and employee relations Identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and team member experience Helps ensure consistent application of HR practices across teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience 3-5+ years of HR experience Experience handling employee relations issues with minimal supervision Strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws Ability to coach and influence leaders Strong problem-solving and communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Light to moderate lifting may be required Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Flexibility required to support operational needs About the Company Reunitus and Unclaimed Baggage are leaders in lost item and baggage resolution, combining technology, services, and resale to create value and reconnect people with their belongings.
