Qualifications for the job... Minimum 2 years of HR experience is preferred; healthcare HR experience is a plus. Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, understanding of payroll best practices, ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS/Payroll system is preferred.
