The ideal candidate will be familiar with workers compensation, safety, training, employee relations, hiring practices, benefit and possess good communication , administration and computer skills. This position calls for a hands on type Generalists who will spend time on our plant floor and work closely with our plant and office personnel. Prefer a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or SHRM- CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR along with 3+ years experience a plus.
