Job Description

Human Resources Generalist - Onsite at
Forrest City Medical Center Job Summary:
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and credentialing. Administer and troubleshoot employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring all required documents are filed and up-to-date. Manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including employee changes, terminations, and reporting. Manage HR supply inventory and order materials as needed. Track mandatory employee training and certifications, and notify leaders of upcoming expirations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Four (4) years office experience. Four (4) years Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred. PHR Certification preferred. Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Paycom, ADP). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
