• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating a broad range of duties typical to a Human Resources position.

• Responsibilities:

• Development of employee retention and implementation of current and new employee incentive programs.
• Recruitment of new talent.
• Planning, scheduling, training assistance, and development of employees.
• Ensuring company policies, rules, and procedures are followed consistently
• Working with management on developing and publishing standard operating procedures
• Maintaining and improving employee relations
• Hiring, firing, and onboarding of new employees
• Employee performance management

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resources field
• Excellent communication
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Experience with fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes is an added bonus
