This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2+ years of broad HR Generalist experience who is comfortable supporting employees and managers across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

DOE Start Date:

ASAP Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource for employees and managers. Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up. Manage onboarding, orientation, employee documentation, and offboarding. Support employee relations, workplace concerns, and manager communication. Assist with benefits, payroll, timekeeping, employee changes, and HRIS updates. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation. Support HR policies, compliance, reporting, audits, and employee communications. Communicate effectively with both Mandarin- and English-speaking employees and leadership. Qualifications Mandarin-English excellent bilingual fluency required. 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience required. Must have experience supporting multiple HR functions, not only one specialty area. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, HR compliance, and employee records strongly preferred. Strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office;

HRIS/ATS

experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred. Engineering, construction, professional services, semiconductor, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
