Build a meaningful career supported by mentorship and learning As a Human Resources Student in Phoenix, Arizona, you will contribute to our team by: Responsibilities Assists with research and general administrative support.

Assists with coordination and administration of onboarding, event planning, and training preparation.

Assists with updating and maintaining accurate databases.

Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships.

Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.

Provides administrative support for employee questions, processes, and systems.

Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed.

Provides support to employees and HRPD team via HRIS system and company communications.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.

Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License.

Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.

Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
