Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems including posting job openings and coordinating interviews. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and workforce management best practices. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting on workforce metrics. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution. Manage HRrelated inquiries from employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation of HR programs.

Experience:

Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as a designee or similar position. Knowledge of workforce management principles and OSHA regulations is a plus.
