Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping a thriving workplace culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead talent acquisition initiatives, manage employee relations, and implement strategic HR programs that drive organizational success. Your expertise will help foster an inclusive environment, streamline HR processes, and support workforce development through innovative solutions and proactive management. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, Kenexa BrassRing, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding. Develop and execute employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to promote continuous improvement and engagement. Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processing in compliance with employment law and company policies using HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Support change management initiatives by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic workforce management projects. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns promptly while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation regulations, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, benefits administration, and HR sourcing strategies. Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or SAP SuccessFactors; advanced skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and effectively. Experience in recruiting, personnel administration, training & development, and performance management processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of regulatory compliance management related to employment law, FMLA, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning. Pay:
$52.12 - $69.27 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
