The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting employees and leaders in the execution of HR strategies, programs, and processes that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees to provide guidance on all HR policies, programs, and practices Support leaders with employee onboarding, employee relations, including coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution Administer and support leave of absence programs, benefits, HRIS updates, and employee data management Assist with performance management, employee development, and training initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support health and safety, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs Coordinate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture Act as a liaison between the site and Corporate HR to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives Participate in HR projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and programs Coordinate recruitment of hourly associates and serve as a liaison with staffing agencies Provide new hire orientation and support new employee assimilation Maintain visibility on the manufacturing floor to build and maintain trust across shifts Other duties as assigned
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field is required
Experience :
3+ years of HR experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
