In this role, you will be the driving force behind our human resources initiatives, ensuring seamless talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, support strategic HR projects, and enhance workforce productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced environment. Duties Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, new-hire documentation, and onboarding materials; conduct orientations.
  • Complete employment eligibility verification, including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
  • Coordinate separations, prepare termination documentation, and support exit procedures. Employee Relations & HR Compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Support management in addressing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Communicate company policies and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee development. Payroll, Timekeeping & Benefits
  • Maintain employee records for hires, terminations, compensation changes, and other personnel updates.
  • Review time and attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Accounting on payroll.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, coverage changes, annual open enrollment, and provider coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee leave, vacation, sick time, and benefits records. HR Administration & Recordkeeping
  • Maintain confidential personnel files, organizational charts, employee handbooks, and HR forms.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain required employment, safety, and compliance records.
  • Respond promptly to HR-related emails and employee requests. Training, Safety & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate orientation, employee training, and compliance-related training.
  • Work with management on workplace safety concerns and preventive measures.
  • Provide occasional front desk support and assist with office supplies when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Pay:
$29.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
