We are currently recruiting a Talent Development Specialist. This full-time position pays $22.01 an hour and is in Anaheim, CA.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel and assist program customers with job search strategies, career advisement, training needs, and goal setting. Identify and address barriers to employment; connect customers to external resources and community services as needed. Advise, monitor, and track customer participation to maximize engagement and program outcomes. Manage day-to-day customer relationships; address concerns promptly and document case notes accurately and timely. Maintain knowledge of diverse occupations and career pathways to support assessments and appropriate service placement. Provide ongoing motivational support throughout the job search and employment process. Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training opportunities are provided. Facilitate job readiness and job search workshops. Re-engage customers post-training and support successful job placement efforts. Apply Case Management Model guidelines and standards to support participant success. Document customer success stories for internal and external reporting. Review and critique resumes and required documentation to ensure eligibility and effective presentation. Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence per program and client standards. Develop and maintain career advisement policies and procedures; assist in training team members. Support daily operations and special projects under direction of the Career Advisor Coordinator. Prepare and edit documents, reports, charts, and correspondence; maintain organized filing systems. Travel to other offices as needed for coverage and training. Additional duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to motivate individuals and work with populations facing barriers to employment. Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to groups. Knowledge of job search strategies, workforce resources, and career planning techniques. Ability to follow instructions, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a team setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with local community resources and referral networks. Bilingual skills (Spanish, Arabic, or Vietnamese) preferred. Valid driver's license and has own car.Education and Experience:
High School diploma, required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Workforce Development, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in career counseling, workforce development, case management, or a related field preferred.Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, first shift; overtime may be required. Travel may be required.
