In this role, you aren't just managing files—you are a key partner in driving human capital strategies, fostering high-level employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from strategic sourcing on platforms like Indeed to designing immersive onboarding and orientation programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.
Total Rewards & Performance:
Oversee benefits administration and facilitate the annual performance evaluation cycle to ensure equitable career development and merit-based growth.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain rigorous oversight of labor law compliance, including
FMLA , OSHA
, Workers' Compensation , and Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) .
Organizational Development:
Partner with leadership on change management initiatives, including organizational design, succession planning, and the delivery of targeted training and development sessions.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor and mediator; manage complex disciplinary actions with professionalism and promote a culture of transparent, proactive communication.
HRIS & Project Management:
Drive continuous improvement projects for HR sourcing and benefits, leveraging ADP and other HRIS tools to enhance data integrity and reporting. Technical Skills & QualificationsHR Strategy & Operations Comprehensive mastery of Human Resources Management (HRM) , including talent lifecycle management and employee engagement frameworks. Proven experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and organizational design.
Software & Systems Advanced HRIS Proficiency:
Expert-level navigation of platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle HCM for data analytics and reporting. High technical aptitude for learning new project management and sourcing tools. Legal & Compliance Deep functional knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws and OSHA standards to mitigate organizational risk. Experience in maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data privacy (HIPAA/PII).
Soft Skills Influential Communication:
Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and frontline staff alike.
Conflict Resolution:
Sophisticated mediation skills used to navigate sensitive employee relations issues.
Agility:
Demonstrated ability to pivot between high-level project management and granular administrative tasks without losing attention to detail.
