Job Description
Need a interim HR Generalist with payroll experience Must have supported a company with at least 200 employees. Role Overview / What they need:
- Interim HR Generalist with strong LOA and Workers' Comp experience
- Solid generalist background (employee relations, onboarding, HR support, etc.)
- Ability to draft offer letters, school contracts, and teacher agreements
- Administrative strength with excellent attention to detail
- Payroll processing experience. They will train on the Paycom system they use
- Experience with recruitment and applicant tracking systems helpful (they use Paycom and can train)
- Must be quick to learn, proactive, and confident asking questions
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5+ years HR Generalist experience minimum
- Must have supported organizations with at least 200+ employees Logistics /
Important Notes:
- Pay rate: up to $40/hr
Schedule:
8-5 (flexibility 7:30-4 possible)- On-site interviews ASAP
- Extensive background check required, including fingerprinting
- Typical clearance time is ~2 weeks
