Job Description

GIGABYTE
is looking to add a Human Resources Specialist to the team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations on a daily basis and by extension, help in continuing to shape the company as a whole. Your efforts in this role will work towards supporting our talent development and acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management, among other HR functions. The ideal candidate is a team player who is adaptable, organized, and proactive in contributing to the team's efforts. A firm commitment to confidentiality and integrity is also essential in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle recruitment: handle hiring requests, post job listings, screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks Complete employee orientations, assisting with new-hire documentation and onboarding processes Facilitate administration of employee benefits packages: health insurance enrollment, 401k, etc. Assist in timecard management for attendance of employees, providing corrective reminders as needed for incorrect punch actions, overtime requests, or tardiness Create monthly reports on recruitment, attendance, and department costs to support management Scheduled and submit payments for overseas consultants and ensure accuracy of payment information Support employees through handling queries and responding in a timely and professional manner Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Update organization charts, internal documentation, and company intranet entries Keep up to date on the latest employment and labor law regulations and changes to help ensure compliance within the workplace Assist with set-up for internal company events Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience working in an HR role Bachelor's degree required (Major in Human Resources preferred) HR Certification is a plus Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize Ability to exercise discretion and strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity Professional English language proficiency; Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be authorized to work in the US.
