Duties Assist with talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, screening resumes, and supporting interview coordination. Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively and introduce them to company policies and culture. Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing documentation, and assisting managers with performance review procedures. Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries related to health plans, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and other benefits programs. Contribute to HR projects including change management initiatives, organization design efforts, succession planning, and affirmative action planning. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations by updating policies, handling confidential information responsibly, and supporting regulatory compliance management efforts. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like UltiPro or Oracle HCM for data collection, report generation, and Excel data analysis to support decision-making processes. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance requirements. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Lever, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing or similar platforms. Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and benefits administration practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel—and experience with HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency. Demonstrated skills in conflict management, employee relations, training & development initiatives, and performance management strategies.
