Culver City, California About IV League Pharmacy IV League Pharmacy is a community-based specialty and home infusion pharmacy serving patients throughout California. Since 1996, we have provided complex infusion and specialty medication services, committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, compassionate care, and responsive service. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working directly with employees and can independently manage routine HR matters while coordinating with management and outside HR/employment-law specialists on more complex issues. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for employees. Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, offers, background checks, and new-hire onboarding. Maintain employee personnel files, I-9 documentation, and other required employment records. Administer/coordinate biweekly payroll, including reviewing time records, PTO, overtime, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments. Administer/coordinate employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement benefits. Coordinate with insurance brokers, benefit carriers, payroll providers, and other outside benefit administrators. Track attendance, PTO, leaves of absence, employee documentation, and required follow-up. Coordinate FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA/accommodation, and other California leave matters with outside HR specialists as needed. Assist supervisors with employee performance, attendance, counseling, and disciplinary documentation. Coordinate employee evaluations and performance-management processes. Maintain required professional licenses, certifications, training records, and other healthcare-related employee documentation. Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work documentation. Assist with employee relations issues and workplace complaints. Coordinate employee separations and termination documentation. Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and employee handbook materials. Assist management with employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Work with outside HR consultants and employment counsel on complex or higher-risk employment matters. Coordinate required employee training and certifications as applicable. Stay in compliance with Federal/State requirements regarding healthcare-related regulations. Support regulatory, insurance, and internal audits involving HR or administrative records. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, business, and patient-related information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a company with 100+ employees Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of HR administration and California employment practices. Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and department managers. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
