Contract Position Summary The Data and Systems Coordinator supports HR and business operations by maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and assisting with system-related projects. This role ensures information is entered, updated, and validated correctly while supporting reporting, system implementations, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Download, organize, and distribute reports and data extracts. Perform data entry, updates, and record maintenance in company systems. Audit and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Create and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets. Support system implementations, testing, user access setup, and data migrations. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure data and process consistency. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data formatting). Experience with data entry, reporting, and business systems (HRIS, ERP, or similar). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle, etc.). System implementation or data migration support. Data auditing, reconciliation, and process documentation. Experience handling confidential information.
