$130,000-$135,000 About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic Talent Management Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development initiatives. This leadership role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving a high-performance culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Oversight Provide leadership and oversight of recruiting operations through the Recruiting Supervisor. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and talent pipeline development. Track recruiting metrics and optimize ATS effectiveness. Talent Management & Development Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and annual reviews. Support succession planning and high-potential employee development programs. Oversee onboarding, employee training, and LMS utilization. HR Analytics & Operations Develop and maintain reporting across ATS, LMS, and HRIS platforms. Provide workforce insights and recommendations to leadership. Drive process improvement initiatives while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience leading Talent Acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. Background supporting performance management and employee development programs. Hands-on experience with ATS, LMS, and HRIS platforms. Advanced Excel, reporting, analytics, and dashboarding skills. Strong leadership, communication, and change management abilities. Why Join?
