Qualifications:
Federal experience is not required. Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week, on your resume. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-14
You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service. To be qualifying, your experience must demonstrate the following: Experience that demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of human resources management (HRM) including providing advice and developing solutions and interventions on complex service-wide human resources-related programs and issues. Experience managing multiple assignments that require a wide range of management and program oversight and analytical skills, assisting with designing and/or conducting comprehensive HRM studies and projects and assessing and improving program effectiveness. Experience with consultation skills including influencing and negotiating; interpreting complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance; presenting findings and delivering briefings; leading and collaborating with others. Experience with written communication skills including drafting policy documents, project papers, instructional materials, and/or other substantive material for use by others. AND You must also meet the following requirement(s):TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT
