Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, people-focused Onsite Supervisor You will also assist in client catering logistics and serve as the primary onsite contact for both employees and management. 2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm + overtime and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the staffing agency, ensuring excellent customer service and responsiveness. Coordinate with the client on daily and weekly staffing needs, including scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding.
Manage full-cycle recruiting:
sourcing, screening, onboarding, and training new hires. Add new starts to the time clock system and ensure daily timekeeping is accurate. Collect and verify timesheets for payroll processing; resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies. Conduct daily check-ins with employees to monitor attendance, performance, and engagement. Address issues related to conduct, performance, or attendance promptly and professionally. Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support both employees and client supervisors. Perform regular safety walkthroughs and report any concerns; manage injury reports and follow-up processes. Ensure catering or shift support orders (if applicable) are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations. Track and report key metrics including headcount, attendance, recruiting progress, and safety compliance through daily and weekly reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in staffing or similar workforce management role required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Proficient with timekeeping systems and basic payroll processes.
