Job Description:

We are now hiring for and entry-level Human Resources Representatives at Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park. Responsible for the training, recruitment, and hiring process for our seasonal staff. This is an entry level position. No previous experience is needed as training is provided.

Shift & Hours:

Monday-Sunday:

10:00am- 5:30pm 30-35 hours per week.

Shift Duties:

Assists new employees with onboarding paperwork. Enters data into a computerized system. Conducts new hire orientations and trainings in English and in Spanish Issues and collects wardrobe/uniform items from employees. Issues paychecks to employees. Other duties may be assigned. Develop resume-building skills to help achieve your career goals. Willing to go through training for in-park departments and assist those departments when needed. (Foodservice, ride operator, merchandise, admissions, etc.) Maintains an engaging and helpful relationship with volunteer docents and students. Maintain associate confidentiality and confidentiality of all employment records. Observe and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
