Human Resources Representative Digital Doctor Clinic (OBDU Group) Irvine, CA Job Details Temporary | Full-time | Contract Up to $40 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Managerial strategic planning Microsoft Excel FMLA Change management Human capital management Employment law in talent management Productivity software Strategic thinking in HR leadership Workday Excel data analysis Full Job Description $40hr 1 years contract Irvine, CA 92612 Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating interviews to attract top talent. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires efficiently and introduce them to company policies and culture. Manage employee evaluation processes by supporting performance management initiatives and assisting managers with goal setting and feedback procedures. Oversee benefits administration activities, including enrollment, FMLA leave processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment law regulations. Support workforce management through strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws such as OSHA and employment law in talent management. Maintain accurate HR data by utilizing HRIS systems like UltiPro or Taleo for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to support decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources department functions with comprehensive knowledge of human capital management practices. Strong understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements such as OSHA regulations. Demonstrated ability in project management, change management, and strategic planning within an HR context. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel—and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro or SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations. Experience with recruiting strategies using ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Lever is highly desirable. Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing and personnel administration is preferred.
