Part-Time HR & Recruiting Specialist (Mandarin Bilingual) We are looking for a part-time HR & Recruiting Specialist to support our growing team in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities Manage recruiting and candidate sourcing across multiple positions Post and maintain job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Develop recruiting channels for both English- and Chinese-speaking candidates Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting records Assist with onboarding and general HR coordination Requirements Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Previous recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred Familiar with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and provide regular recruiting updates Available to work part-time in
