•NORCAL Ambulance is looking to hire a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our rapidly growing team!•Hours:
Full Time (Monday - Friday)Pay:
$70,000Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in : Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations. Knowledge of California state and local labor regulations and laws. Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough and impartial HR investigations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrityBenefits:

1.Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive working environment by proactively identifying and addressing potential sources of conflict or dissatisfaction. Provide counsel to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.Investigations:
Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations in response to employee complaints or allegations of policy violations. Collaborate with legal and management teams when necessary during investigations. Ensure all investigations are timely, compliant with legal requirements, and thoroughly documented. 2.HR Administration:
Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 3.Training and Development:
Develop and facilitate training programs focused on workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and other pertinent topics. Support the professional growth and development of our staff through skill-building initiatives. 4.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of employee interactions, investigations, and resolutions. Produce regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and the outcomes of investigations. •Other duties as assigned NORCAL Ambulance is the premier leader for medical transportation in Northern California.
