Job Description

Equity Administration Consultant Overview Provide hands on support for equity administration and stock based compensation programs Partner with internal teams and employees to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of equity processes Support ongoing equity operations, reporting, and accounting functions Key Responsibilities Support stock?based compensation (SBC) accounting activities in accordance with ASC 718 Assist with equity plan administration across the full equity lifecycle Process monthly equity grants and vesting events Administer employee stock option (ESO) exercises, including tax reconciliations Maintain accurate equity data and records within equity administration systems Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Tax teams on equity transactions and reporting Support equity reconciliations, audits, and period?end close activities Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, exercises, and taxation Assist with equity plan setup, maintenance, and governance Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Experience in equity administration, stock based compensation, or related compensation roles Working knowledge of equity lifecycle processes and ASC 718 requirements Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to communicate equity concepts clearly and professionally Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public or private company equity programs Familiarity with equity administration platforms Experience with equity reporting, reconciliations, or audits Advanced Excel or reporting skills About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
