Seeking someone with a friendly, easy going personality that enjoys working with people. Position Summary The Training & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Club's team member experience, with a primary focus on onboarding, training coordination, and program execution. This position ensures that new and existing team members are set up for success through organized, consistent, and engaging training initiatives, while also providing general administrative support to Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a high-end hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes Support the execution of the Club's onboarding program and training initiatives Schedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programs Assist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental training Help create and organize training materials, presentations, and internal resources Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications Serve as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general support Assist with day-to-day HR administrative needs Schedule & Physical Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Ability to walk the property for extended periods, including conducting tours and supporting training across multiple departments Ability to stand, move, and remain active throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds (training supplies, onboarding materials, etc.) Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on training and operational needs What We're Looking For A team-oriented individual who enjoys supporting others Someone who takes pride in organization, follow-through, and accuracy A professional who is approachable and comfortable interacting with team members at all levels An individual who contributes positively to workplace culture and team member experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1-3 years of HR or training experience a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in Canva is a plus Experience in hospitality or a high-end environment is a plus If you are ready to elevate our members experience and be the standard, we would be HAPPY to meet you!
