You're the HR person employees actually come to.

A growing professional services organization in Oceanside is looking for an HR Generalist to support employees and leadership across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on HR opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. One day could involve onboarding a new employee, another could involve answering a benefits question, updating an employee record, assisting with recruiting, and helping leadership navigate an employee relations issue.

The ideal candidate is approachable and solutions-oriented while also understanding the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and accurate documentation.

You'll support👋
Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding schedules, I-9s, background checks, and employee setup.📋
HR Administration:
Maintain personnel records and ensure employee information stays accurate.💬
Employee Support:
Serve as a resource for questions related to policies, benefits, timekeeping, and workplace processes.🎯
Recruiting:
Assist hiring managers with job postings, candidate coordination, interviews, and offers.
