Job Description

Job Summary ( Chinese Preferred) We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape our workforce management practices, support talent acquisition efforts, and enhance organizational development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company culture, streamline HR processes, and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Support onboarding and offboarding of employees Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS information Prepare employment-related documents, letters, and HR communications Coordinate payroll, benefits, PTO, and employee information with internal teams and vendors Support recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications Assist with I-9, E-Verify, new hire documentation, and other employment-related processes Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Respond to employee HR questions and coordinate issue resolution Support compliance-related HR administration Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data Work closely with management to improve HR processes and operational efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of HR operations or HR administration experience Experience working in a U.S. company or U.S. employment environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential employee information Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technology, cloud, AI, or data center companies Experience with California employment practices Experience working with ADP, Rippling, BambooHR, or similar systems Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus Outsourced HR Option We are open to working with an experienced HR consultant or HR outsourcing provider on an hourly basis for immediate HR operational support.
