3008182875-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Brands seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner to plant leaders and employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits/leave administration. You'll ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain accurate HRIS data, and use metrics to guide decisions. You will also support training, engagement, and culture initiatives that reflect our performance-driven, inclusive, and innovative culture, helping employees grow while supporting safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities Serve as primary HR contact for a manufacturing facility, supporting employees and frontline leaders Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state employment laws Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for plant and corporate roles Support performance management, coaching managers on feedback, goals, and development plans Coordinate employee relations investigations and recommend fair, consistent solutions Oversee benefits and leave administration, responding to employee questions and issues Maintain accurate HRIS records, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decisions Assist with training, engagement initiatives, and culture-building aligned with company values Partner with safety and operations teams to support workforce planning and shift coverage Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment Required Skills Employee relations Recruiting and talent acquisition Onboarding and offboarding HRIS management Benefits and leave administration Performance management Employment law and compliance HR reporting and metrics Conflict resolution Training and facilitation
