Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and payroll support. The role works closely with employees, managers, staffing partners, and HR leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including requisitions, postings, resume reviews, screening, and interviews. Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment requirements, new hire documentation, conversions, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files. Support benefits, FMLA, ADA, and other leave administration. Investigate employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution and performance management. Conduct I-9 audits and support HR compliance. Provide backup payroll support and participate in job fairs, HR projects, and other initiatives.
MUST HAVE
Must have experience as an HR Generalist or in a heavy corporate recruiting role. Must have strong working knowledge of HR laws, FMLA, ADA, and wage/hour compliance. Must be highly proficient in managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and temp-to-perm conversions. Must have hands-on experience utilizing HRIS systems to maintain employee records. Must be capable of investigating and resolving employee issues and conflicts. Must be able to administer benefits, track leave requests, and act as a backup for payroll processing. Should hold a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification
Shift Timing:
8AM-5PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1
Pay:
