Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ's relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client's needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential. We are working with a well-established, growing food manufacturing company based in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is highly visible and partners closely with leadership, supporting a large hourly workforce across areas like employee relations, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Support employee relations, performance management, and investigations Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives Support employee development and engagement programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience 4-8 years of HR experience SHERM certified is a plus Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion #GHJSS #LI-MO1 We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
